Join our global TUI Musement Operations Support Team as an OSH Admin Executive for our Intercruises brand in Greece.

 

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and acting as the link between multiple key stakeholders within the business. In a virtual, global environment, you will ensure that these processes are aligned and consistent while assuring that all necessary controls are in place. Additionally, you will deliver a personalized, human-centric approach with every interaction, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are addressed with care and attention to detail.

ABOUT OUR OFFER 

  • A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 1.328€ gross/month.
  • 12 months contract (January 2025 - December 2025)
  • 40 working hours from Monday - Friday.
  • 2 days off/week.

ABOUT YOU

  • Exceptional administration, planning and organisation skills.
  • Computer literate and technically capable to work within a new digital service environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, plus other languages would be advantageous to service both source markets and destinations in local language when possible.
  • Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
  • A talented team player with the ability to work virtually.
  • Efficient & organized - a problem solver, multitasker and good listener who stays calm under pressure.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for verifying costs and sales before invoicing process.
  • Working with internal Cruise line and Non-TUI Cruise line platforms in uploading and invoicing.
  • Invoices back up: Collecting from Operational teams. Reviewing and processing to other departments
  • Ensure that staff in destination are following company rules and procedures relevant to Intercruises processes.
  • Providing support to Finance for monthly accruals (sales and costs).
  • Assist in supporting similar administration tasks from other business units.
  • Supporting the OSH Team Manager for regional specific Intercruise tasks.
