This job is open to individuals who live, and have the right to work in Spain. The positions are located at our TUI BLUE Hotels
*Our summer season runs between March and November 2025, depending on the destination. You should be available for at least 3 months consecutively within that period. By Applying, you confirm that you will be able to attend our face-to-face training that will take place around March.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team. 

  • A meticulous individual with a great eye for attention to details and the availability to plan, deliver & evaluate an international activity & events program by constantly considering guest needs.  

  • Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential. 

  • You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory. 

  • Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests. 

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities. 

  • You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week. 

  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction. 

  • And you deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards. 

  • You will have a high focus on planning and delivering our main events during daytime & evening to create a unique and unforgettable ambience.
