ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3 -12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
  • Deliver engaging, creative, and high-energy daily workshops for children aged 3–12.
  • From leading local crafting activities and traditional workshops to hosting sunset stargazing sessions, you will help our young guests connect with the soul of Zanzibar.
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements.


ABOUT YOU

 

  • You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team
  • You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions.
  • Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care.
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.
