Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Front Office Manager in Croatia located in Dalmatia. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office department, ensuring smooth and efficient guest services from arrival to departure. You will oversee the front office team, maintain high service standards, optimize room allocation and reservations, and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Organizes the work of the reception department
  • Responsible for the business performance of the reception department, service quality, and departmental costs
  • Fully familiar with all reception procedures and accountable for their implementation by all reception staff
  • Familiar with TUI brand standards within the scope of work
  • Establishes staff schedules and shift patterns for the reception team and maintains attendance records
  • Accountable for managing reception staff work schedules while ensuring efficient control and optimization of departmental labor costs

 

ABOUT YOU

  • High school diploma (SSS)
  • Minimum of three years managerial experience in a hotel front office
  • Excellent command of at least two foreign languages, both spoken and written (English and German preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills, composure, and experience in professionally resolving conflict situations
  • Experience in team management
  • Excellent computer skills (Opera system preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
