RESTAURANT MANAGER

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Restaurant Manager at our TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach Resort in Živogošće, Croatia, where you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth daily operations, and high levels of guest satisfaction.

ABOUT THE JOB

• In cooperation with the Food & Beverage Manager, prepares hotel restaurants for daily operations
• Plans, organizes, and supervises restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, overall efficiency, and hygiene standards
• Manages restaurant staff to ensure performance aligns with established standards
• Inspects restaurant areas to ensure proper setup, including décor, lighting, and air conditioning before service begins
• Monitors the flow of service during meal periods to ensure smooth operations
• Reviews and analyzes food and beverage pricing and proposes adjustments

ABOUT YOU

• Secondary school qualification (SSS/VKV or equivalent)
• Minimum of three years of experience in similar positions
• At least five years of experience in team management
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage
• A creative, motivated, responsible, and communicative individual with strong leadership, organizational, and business management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
