Room Attendant

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Room Attendant (Housekeeping) responsible for the highest cleanliness and presentation standards across bedrooms, facilities, and hotel guest areas in accordance with TUI Hotel standards.

Due to local working visa requirements, we are only able to accept applications for EU Citizens for this role. The hotel is our TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće, Croatia. Applications open until 15th June. Immediate start is available.

ABOUT THE JOB 
•    Cleans assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other hotel areas and surfaces in accordance with employer procedures, hotel standards, professional guidelines, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors
•    Performs all assigned tasks according to daily and/or weekly schedules
•    Uses and maintains cleaning products, tools, and machines according to training and instructions
•    Maintains all areas adjacent to guest rooms, such as staircases, hallways, and linen pantries
•    Keeps service areas clean and takes care of the equipment, inventory, and technical devices (vacuum cleaners, trolleys, etc.)
•    Communicates guest comments, complaints, or compliments to the department manager in a timely manner
•    Respects guest privacy and confidentiality

ABOUT YOU
•    A good standard of English is required. Local or other European languages are highly advantageous.
•    Perfect role for an individual who has recently graduated.
•    A guest focused mindset and ability to adapt quickly. 
•    A strong team player.
