Due to visa and work permit restrictions, we are only able to consider applications from Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Chile, Argentina and Mexico. You must also have a good level of English.

We are recruiting for a variety of Front Office positions including Receptionist, Night Receptionist and Bell Attendant.

• TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće
• TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane

Seasonal contracts are from 1st April to 31st October 2026. You will need to be available for the full contract duration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
• Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local area.
• Handling guest requests efficiently and professionally.
• Assisting with luggage and ensuring smooth arrival and departure processes.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle guest requests calmly.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be a resident of either Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Chile, Argentina or Mexico.
• A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
