Join our global TUI Musement People Services Team where you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless HR and payroll services across our international operations as a part-time HR Advisor (50%)
This role is covering maternity leave and will be advertised until 24th March 2026.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll process payroll activities through our HR systems (SAP), managing all related tasks for social security and tax payments, whilst preparing relevant reports and communications to authorities and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring employee and payroll data remains accurate and up to date in our HR systems will be a key responsibility.
- We'd love you to participate in process improvement activities and propose initiatives for smooth document handling and information gathering.
- Supporting People Services globalisation initiatives and ensuring best practice with international colleagues will be part of your remit.
- You'll help drive the digitalisation and automation of HR administrative processes.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience in a Human Resources advisor position covering payroll, labour contracts, social security, and related areas.
Experience with SAP HR would be ideal. - Your excellent PC skills across Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office will serve you well.
- You're highly organised with a pragmatic approach, good attention to detail, and the ability to deliver to set deadlines with strong analytical skills.
- You can analyse and process large amounts of data whilst maintaining confidentiality in line with best practice HR.
- As a proactive problem solver, you're keen to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies.
- You're happy working both collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously using your initiative where required, with excellent communication skills and fluency in both verbal and written German and English (additional languages are advantageous).
