Could you secure better commercial terms across one of TUI's most important accommodation markets? This role is all about continuously improving what we pay for accommodation. You and your team will stay in constant contact with our contracted hotel partners across Turkey and the Balkans, proactively reviewing, reopening and renegotiating commercial agreements throughout the season.

Contracting is only the starting point. Once hotels are on sale, your focus is to identify every opportunity to improve rates, conditions, allocations, release periods and other commercial levers. Using market intelligence, demand trends and partner performance insights, you'll secure incremental value and strengthen our purchasing position across the region.

This is a buy-side role. You won't be maximising what a hotel earns; you'll be securing the strongest possible commercial terms for TUI and driving ongoing improvements long after initial agreements have been signed. It's also a leadership role where you'll lead an organisation of approximately 25 colleagues, including 8 direct reports. A big part of your job will be enabling them to do their best work: coaching, mentoring and developing them into confident commercial negotiators who proactively deliver value for TUI.

You'll report to the Director of Accommodation Product & Sourcing.

We're expecting a high volume of applications for this role, so we may close the vacancy at any time. Apply early to avoid missing out.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies for your assigned area, establishing clear objectives and performance standards that drive commercial success across all sourcing methodologies.
  • We'll look to you to lead strategic availability management frameworks that optimize inventory control and distribution, maximizing revenue opportunities while balancing the needs of multiple regions.
  • You'll analyze market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to implement offers roadmap and availability decisions in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the Accommodation Product and Sourcing Director, you'll align revenue management strategies with broader commercial objectives to ensure an integrated approach to hotel partner management.
  • You'll establish and maintain strategic relationships with key hotel chains and partners at a senior level, creating long-term partnerships that deliver mutual commercial success.
  • Leading a team of Accommodation Revenue Team Managers and Revenue Managers, you'll foster a proactive culture focused on commercial excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

  • You've got proven experience negotiating accommodation contracts and commercial terms on behalf of a buyer, such as a tour operator, bedbank, OTA or similar business.
  • You have a strong track record of improving existing agreements through active commercial renegotiation, not only securing contracts initially but continuously enhancing them as market conditions evolve.
  • You've led a team of comparable size and can demonstrate how you've developed people into confident, independent negotiators who deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • You know the Turkey and/or Balkans accommodation market and have established relationships with hotel partners across the region.
  • You've got strong commercial and analytical judgement and are comfortable making difficult decisions that balance opportunity, risk and profitability.
  • You influence effectively at senior level, both internally and externally, and can build credibility with stakeholders and partners alike.
