ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll continuously challenge processes, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency by identifying improvement opportunities through active analysis of performance metrics data to spot trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
  • Diagnose processes from end to end, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with different stakeholders to improve the flow of our value chain, enhance quality and safety whilst reducing waste and cost.
  • Support internal consultative services on specific activities using techniques such as process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, data collection methods, establishing performance standards and KPIs, Return on Investment analysis, 5 Whys and other root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and virtual teams in the review, design, development and implementation of global processes and procedures.
  • Taking a hands-on approach, you'll implement process improvements, working closely with stakeholders from both tech and business teams to ensure seamless integration and realisation of efficiency gains through training, documentation, UATs and coordination.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation of existing and new processes, supporting both high-level mapping and detailed manuals and guidelines when necessary, whilst following up on projects and initiatives to monitor progress and ensure timely action and achievement of expected benefits.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience with Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement, along with mapping of processes and documentation capabilities including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and Visio.
  • Your effective communication and training skills make you an excellent change agent, capable of influencing positive business change and managing stakeholders with confidence.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, you're accustomed to a busy operational setting and thrive outside your comfort zone with a self-challenging mindset.
  • You're constantly seeking ways to enhance performance and processes, bringing strategic thinking that focuses on end-to-end processes whilst demonstrating high digital literacy and quick learning of new systems.
  • With creative problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios and solid project and time management skills, you're willing to take ownership and drive tasks independently as a continuous learner committed to career growth, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, and German are advantageous) and availability to travel as needed.
