We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our cruise operations across multiple ports, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our guests while building strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.

 

The role will be published until 16th June.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll oversee all operations across ports, ensuring the seamless delivery of cruise vessel services including shore excursions, ground operations, and overland programs.
  • Leading operational teams across multiple ports, you'll ensure flawless on-the-ground delivery of cruise services and products.
  • Working closely with our Business Development teams, you'll provide valuable feedback on contracted suppliers, recommend potential new partners, and identify emerging products within destinations.
  • You'll implement our company operating model in the destination, including close cooperation with the operational hub, central platforms and other regions.
  • Managing any operational incidents throughout the region is key, minimising impact on our clients and ensuring the safety of all stakeholders.
  • Together with the Regional Head, you'll focus on strengthening relationships with local authorities and associations.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in the cruise industry with an emphasis on excursions and ground handling.
  • Leading teams to deliver results comes naturally to you, and you have a high capacity to manage and inspire others.
  • You're comfortable leading change and resilient to ambiguity or setbacks.
  • Your agility allows you to juggle strategic priorities and projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are essential, with any additional languages being a plus.
