ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll provide operational support to the Regional Operations Manager in the provision of transfer and shore excursion services.
- We need you to ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive and confirm all updates.
- The role involves overseeing and managing operational incidents, while reviewing that there is no impact in the delivery of operations, maintaining continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will collate all operational information in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing and post operation reporting.
- Monitoring that the terms and conditions of excursions and transfers meet the quality and operations standards agreed is a key responsibility.
- The position includes coordinating tour guide assignments based on operational needs and handling other ad-hoc tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Excel proficiency is essential for managing operational data effectively.
- Being able to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts) is necessary for this role.
