TUI is looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to drive the adoption and best practices of Tableau across the organization. You will play a key role in shaping our data visualization strategy, ensuring best-in-class dashboard development, governance, and training to enhance the user experience across TUI.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Guide Tableau users in designing the most efficient and effective dashboards by developing and promoting Tableau best practices guides.
• Support users in creating efficient Tableau Prep flows by working on best practices and user guides rather than building flows directly.
• Provide guidance on integrating and optimizing Snowflake and other data sources to enhance data accessibility and performance.
• Lead the governance of Tableau usage, ensuring data security, standardization, and compliance with company policies.
• Advocate for Tableau adoption by running engaging training sessions, workshops, and user group community meetings.
• Demonstrate and promote best practices in Tableau through interactive demos and hands-on learning sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide guidance on best practices for dashboard design and data preparation.

ABOUT YOU

• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and experience integrating various data sources into Tableau.
• Proven experience in guiding and training users on designing efficient and high-performance dashboards.
• Experience in data governance and best practice implementation within a large organization.
• Familiarity with Tableau Prep to provide best practice guidance to users.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and train users at all levels.
• Experience in running user groups or community engagement sessions is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
