ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll coordinate the day-to-day management of facilities services, ensuring our offices, equipment and infrastructure remain safe, functional and fit for purpose.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you'll manage service contracts, monitor performance and help secure high-quality services at the right cost.
- You'll support the management of TUI Morocco's property portfolio, contributing to workplace planning, office optimisation projects and facilities-related business initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, workplace inspections and corrective actions where required.
- You'll oversee inventories, office assets and workplace equipment, supporting office moves, installations and space planning activities.
- In partnership with procurement colleagues, you'll support supplier selection, cost estimation, contract follow-up and reporting to help deliver efficient and reliable workplace services.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience in facilities management, workplace operations, procurement coordination or a related operational environment.
- Strong organisational skills enable you to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality support across a range of activities.
- You're comfortable working independently while building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and service providers.
- Your problem-solving approach helps you identify issues early and coordinate practical solutions that support business continuity.
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and are confident preparing reports, tracking budgets and managing operational information.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English allow you to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and service partners.
