We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals like you to join our diverse  Customer Service Team.We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for customer contact and travel. As a Customer Services Advisor, you must be able to switch quickly when challenging issues arise.If you've got the right to work in Morocco and speak Dutch, French & English, language, keep on reading!

 

What You'll Do

  • Customer Communication
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers
  • Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently
  • Meet quality and productivity KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards
  • Stay updated on processes, products, and destinations through our internal tools
  • Continuously develop your skills and identify areas for improvement
  • Adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Collaborate with other departments on special projects
  • Show flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and missions

 

What We're Looking For

  • Trilingual proficiency: French, English, and Dutch
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
  • Secondary education diploma (Tourism & Hospitality qualification preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Knowledge of remote customer service best practices
  • Understanding of tourism industry (destinations, products, tour operators)
  • Team player mentality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internal information systems
  • Adaptability to change
