What You'll Do
- Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers
- Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently
- Meet quality and productivity KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards
- Stay updated on processes, products, and destinations through our internal tools
- Continuously develop your skills and identify areas for improvement
- Adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, social media)
- Collaborate with other departments on special projects
- Show flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and missions
What We're Looking For
- Trilingual proficiency: French, English, and Dutch
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
- Secondary education diploma (Tourism & Hospitality qualification preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication abilities
- Knowledge of remote customer service best practices
- Understanding of tourism industry (destinations, products, tour operators)
- Team player mentality
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal information systems
- Adaptability to change
