The purpose of this role is to manage and enhance the product portfolio across multiple destinations, ensuring alignment with company standards, market needs, and client expectations, as well as systems and production ways. The role involves defining and implementing product strategies, maintaining high-quality content and operational consistency, and acting as a key user and liaison for the Nezasa and Bokun platform. By collaborating with cross-functional teams—including local product development, sales, supply, and IT—the position ensures seamless product setup, optimal platform performance, and effective product positioning to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

This job offers remote ways of working from Cyprus and Greece. This is a 4-month FTC contract.

ABOUT THE JOB: 

  • Define and tailor the product portfolio for each destination, aligning with current and potential client needs.
  • Monitor key KPIs with local product teams to ensure timely updates, accurate rates, and translated content.
  • Validate destination product proposals to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and quality standards.
  • Enable product visibility through marketing channels, platform features, and white-label solutions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on product portfolio status, updates, and strategic developments.
  • Support and maintain production guidelines, ensuring consistency in content, supply, and local team practices.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end product setup on the platform for accurate sales and stakeholder information.
  • Act as the key platform expert, coordinating with IT and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, test improvements, and optimize product delivery. 

ABOUT YOU: 

  • Proven experience in  product / offer management
  • Proven experience in working with multiday tours 
  • Familiarity with the Nezasa platform or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead market analysis.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing KPIs and ensuring product compliance with guidelines.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
