We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our team in Dubrovnik as an Operations Agent - Tours and Groups that offers specialized trips with an excellent team that works day by day to make our clients' dream trip a reality. 

 

You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

  • Full manual driver’s license is required for this role. 


ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Organization of groups as their confirmed programs. Check if the hotels are reserved as the requested program and coordinate all the necessary suppliers for the groups (guides, transportation, restaurants, entrances.

  • Contact with our customers, before, during and after the trip, to manage changes, cancelations, new requests, prepayments, solve problems and handle complaints when necessary.

  • Prepare vouchers and documentation needed for the tour and briefing with the tour leaders / guides prior to starting the tour.

  • Tracking of bookings received through online channels / platforms.

  • Create bookings in our system including all the services required for the program and their corresponding costs.

  • Manage administrative tasks, prepayment and resolve cost discrepancies.
