This opportunity is open to individuals who hold an EU passport and are available to start within the next few weeks.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Deliver fun, high-energy activities on land and in the water, including archery, inflatables, water zorbing, and the Aerial Adventure course.
  • Lead engaging kids’ club sessions for ages 3–17, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Instruct the Aerial Adventure course, working confidently at height.
  • Host daytime activities for guests of all ages and support entertainment programmes, including pool parties and shows.
  • Take full responsibility for children in your care, following health & safety, safeguarding, and sign-in/out procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a varied and memorable activity programme.
  • Build positive relationships with guests, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service.
  • Set up and pack down activities to a high standard, supporting resort operations at the start and end of the season.


ABOUT YOU

 

  • Experience working with children, leading activities, and understanding safeguarding, with a childcare qualification desirable but not essential. 
  • Confident, outgoing, and able to engage children of all ages through fun, active interaction.
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to support evening entertainment.
  • Fully conversational in English, with the ability to work effectively as part of an international team within a UK-based concept.
