ABOUT YOU

• You've got a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.
• You genuinely love and have experience of working with kids, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians/suppliers.
• For this position, you need to have a UK recognised or equivalent childcare qualification/education to work with 0-8 year olds, and ideally a valid First Aid Certificate.
• You've got a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.
• You've got the willingness to learn and commit and you're a fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You're fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 6 Months - 8 years which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
• You'll ensure that our high standards for Childcare and Health & Safety guidelines are always followed, including the registration of the kids.
• You'll participate in weekly welcome meetings and end of week presentations.
• You'll also liaise with ski school suppliers and hoteliers to make sure all needs are met.
• You'll ensure as well that the needs for all children are met from the point they're dropped off; getting them ready for ski school; planning afternoon activities; and making sure all the basics are covered like feeding and changing the younger children.
• You can easily build a rapport with parents and deliver daily feedback on their child's day including progression feedback from their ski lessons.
