Join our global finance team at TUI as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist and play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities across our international operations. The Group Financial Planning & Analysis department currently consists of 13 international colleagues based in Sweden, the UK, Belgium, Germany, and Tunisia.

 

This is a hybrid position requiring regular office attendance at one of our TUI offices worldwide (see our office locations).

The role will be published until 1st December 2025.

ABOUT THE JOB
•    You'll assist with monthly reporting and planning processes by collecting and organizing financial data from our Holiday Experiences businesses to support Group decision-making.
•    We'll rely on you to support commentary preparation on trading trends within Markets & Airlines and Holiday Experiences.
•    Your contribution to monthly Cash Flow reporting and strategic planning processes will help maintain visibility of the Group's liquidity position.
•    Supporting monthly P&L Reporting will be a key part of your role, helping us prepare accurate profit and loss statements.
•    In this role, you'll respond to ad hoc data requests to support various departments, including Investor Relations.
•    Working in a hybrid model, you'll collaborate with international teams while enjoying the flexibility of splitting your time between one of our global offices and remote work.

 


ABOUT YOU
•    You have a background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
•    We're looking for someone with analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
•    You possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and can organize financial information effectively.
•    Having some experience or internship in finance would be beneficial for this role.
•    Your strong written and verbal communication skills in English will help you collaborate across our global teams. English will be your main language of communication.
•    Meeting deadlines is second nature to you, supported by your strong organizational skills.
•    You bring a basic understanding of financial reporting processes and are eager to learn financial planning methodologies.
•    The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different business units is essential for your success.
