At TUI, we're looking for a strategic commercial leader to drive our digital sales performance across all channels. You'll provide unified commercial leadership while optimising customer journeys and maximising digital revenue contribution.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll develop and implement a cohesive commercial strategy across Web, App & Future, and Retail Solutions, defining integrated commercial objectives and KPIs aligned with overall business goals.
  • We'll look to you to establish comprehensive performance reporting frameworks that provide consistent metrics across all sales channels, enabling comparative analysis and holistic understanding of commercial performance.
  • Leading the development of strategies to optimise customer channel usage and attribution models will be a key part of your role, ensuring appropriate credit for sales influence across the customer journey.
  • You'll provide unified commercial input to product roadmaps across all channels, ensuring consistent prioritisation methodology based on commercial value while balancing channel-specific needs.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business, you'll build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, providing a unified commercial perspective to influence strategic decisions.
  • As a leader, you'll build and develop a high-performing commercial team with expertise across all digital channels, fostering knowledge sharing and a collaborative culture.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • You have proven experience in commercial, digital, or e-commerce roles, with leadership experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies across multiple digital channels.
  • Your track record shows success in driving revenue growth and profitability in complex digital businesses, with strong understanding of omnichannel business models and cross-channel optimisation.
  • Advanced analytical skills come naturally to you, with the ability to develop sophisticated commercial models and attribution frameworks across web, mobile, and retail environments.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can balance channel-specific priorities with overall commercial outcomes, with experience in business case development and financial modelling.
  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills allow you to synthesise complex commercial insights and influence across multiple functions and at senior levels.
  • Experience working in matrix organisations across multiple markets and channels is essential, with knowledge of the travel industry being beneficial.
