ABOUT THE JOB
- Focus on planning and delivering safe family programmes, as well as a wide range of sport sessions, daytime activities to our guests of all ages and nationalities.
- Plan and deliver various sports and activities adapting to different abilities and ages, following all guidelines provided.
- Follow our high standards of childcare whilst hosting teens and junior type of activities and events to cater the high season programmes.
- Take part in events such as team days and entertainment events as part of a “one team” ethos to deliver the best possible holiday experience especially for our young guests.
- Actively promoting and selling your activities and sessions to encourage maximum attendance.
ABOUT YOU
- Hold a coaching award, sports certification, activity leadership qualification, or have at least two years’ experience working with children in a sports environment.
- You have a genuine passion for caring for and coaching children in sports.
- You are confident in the water and either already hold, or are willing to obtain, a pool safety certification to support activity delivery around water.
- You are confident communicating in English with international colleagues and guests of all ages – additional languages are a plus but not essential.
- You are a consistently positive team player, ready to learn and adapt to the demands of the role, including working in direct sun and heat.
