As People Analytics Manager for the M+A GAS Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you are an experienced professional responsible for developing and standardizing regional HR analytics and reporting processes. You will act as a central interface between local entities and the central People Analytics team, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
You will create data and analytics products and derive critical business insights to enable data-driven decision-making. This includes forecasting workforce needs, analyzing trends, harmonizing regional data standards, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Lead People Reporting & Analytics activities across the GAS region.
  • Extract and prepare data from systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BW.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure project success and performance.
  • Prepare, create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Python
  • Automate standard reporting processes into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Interpret and communicate insights clearly through reports and visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Project Management, or HR Controlling
  • Passion for data-driven HR work and strong customer orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and storytelling ability
  • Experience with Tableau, Excel, and Python
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BW
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Project management experience and ability to prioritize
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Ideally, a university degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
