Port Operations Billing Admin | Spain

Join our team as a Port Operations Billing Admin where you are expected to reconcile suppliers’ statements, organize documentation, generate invoices and provide administrative support to the Billing Team.  Based in Spain (remote), you will ensure an excellent service for our cruise line clients.

ABOUT THE JOB

• The billing agent will be responsible of reconciliations of supplier´s statements supporting TUI’s P2P department.
• Organize and maintain all backup documentation from the ships´ calls.
• Generate / send invoices to ship-owners and solve any query/dispute that may be raised.
• Provide administrative support to Supervisor and/or manager when needed and requested.

ABOUT YOU

• Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and oral. 
• Good academic background, with strong experience in administration.
• Desirable, previous experience in the ship industry.
• Previous experience working on finance and invoicing.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Multitask and prioritization ability.
• Good office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
