ABOUT THE JOB

• You have completed training in the event sector (theatre, musicals, variety shows, events)
• You have experience in leading a larger team, ideally as head animator
• You are creative and spontaneous
• You have a talent for organisation, high flexibility and resilience
• You have strong communication skills and intercultural competence
• Ideally you have moderation experience

ABOUT YOU

• You manage the entire animation and entertainment team, consisting of dancers, choreographers, set builders, DJs and animators 
• You design daytime and evening entertainment programmes at the highest level 
• You train and instruct employees and ensure the successful implementation of the programme
• You perform confidently on stage and interact with our guests 
• You ensure the unique ROBINSON Club atmosphere
