ABOUT THE JOB

• You ensure the smooth running of the bar area and special events
• You are responsible for the timely mise-en-place in all bars of the club
• You pay careful attention to compliance with all quality standards and, together with the bar manager, take care of staff deployment at all bars
• You take care of the inventory and the correct storage of goods
• You always maintain an overview and are the point of contact in your area - for guests as well as for your employees
• You also keep an eye on compliance with hygiene regulations

ABOUT YOU

• Completed training in the catering industry 
• Several years of experience in the bar sector
• Ideally management experience
• Good manners and well-groomed appearance 
• Fluent German and English, ideally knowledge of the respective national language
