ABOUT THE JOB

• You support the department manager in organising the varied programme at the stations
• You plan and organise events together with the head of department
• You provide professional surfing/sailing lessons for beginners, advanced surfers and children
• You carry out material and territory briefings
• You advise guests on course selection and hire
• You are in charge of the equipment hire and the water sports area

ABOUT YOU

• You have a VDWS licence 
• You have several years of teaching experience
• Ideally, you already have some experience in leading a team
• Ideally, a coastal boating licence is available
