ABOUT THE JOB

You are responsible for coordinating all processes in our guest restaurants
You lead the service team with professionalism and enthusiasm and ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to
Your daily tasks include mise-en-place of the tables, the individual buffets and the drinks stations
You welcome our guests personally every day and seat them according to their individual wishes
You are responsible for wine sales and the wine shop, train your employees and control the setup and service processes

ABOUT YOU

Completed training in the catering industry
Several years of experience in the restaurant/banqueting sector
Good manners and well-groomed appearance
Fluent German and English, ideally also knowledge of the national language
