Nothing really works without you: as the right hand of our club management, in your job as management assistant you not only take care of appointment coordination and travel planning, but also always have an open ear for your colleagues and are well informed about the concerns of the individual areas.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the Club Director's office and take care of correspondence and all other secretarial work.
• You are responsible for coordinating appointments and travel planning
• You also liaise with guests and engage in conversation with them, e.g. over dinner together
• You represent the club and liaise with the local authorities and visitors to the club
• Responsibility for the proper care and operation of office equipment is also part of your job
• Your good written and spoken foreign language skills make it easy for you to communicate with guests and colleagues from other cultures

ABOUT YOU

• Commercial training
• Experience in commercial organisation, ideally in a hotel
• Good user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and spoken foreign language skills
