ABOUT THE JOB

• You organise and lead varied and high-quality mountain bike tours of varying degrees of difficulty.
• With your open and friendly manner, you find it easy to approach people and pass on your infectious enthusiasm
• The varied bike excursion programme you organise challenges and develops the guests' skills
• You are a master of motivation: even if the guests think they can't take any more, you give them wings with the words
• You are good at correctly assessing guests' abilities in order to advise them competently on choosing the right courses
• You are responsible for the availability and maintenance of the hire equipment as well as setting up and dismantling the bike station before and after the season

ABOUT YOU

• Training licences from the relevant associations
• Safety in alpine terrain and experience in leading groups
• High level of social competence, enjoyment in dealing with people and teamwork
