ABOUT THE JOB

• You are responsible for the implementation and quality assurance of the crew training system in the club
• You organise, document and report on all training measures in the company
• You advise employees on professional and personal development issues
• You ensure the quality of personnel development measures in the company (especially training and trainee programmes)

ABOUT YOU

• You have completed an apprenticeship 
• You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
• You have a high willingness to learn and a talent for organisation
• You have good PC skills 
• Ideally, you have very good knowledge of the respective national language
• You radiate enthusiasm for ROBINSON
