Fulfilling wishes, helping with breakdowns, making people happy: you are our guest advisor. You have an open ear for suggestions, requests or concerns. ABOUT THE JOB

• You are an open-minded and friendly contact person for our guests
• You ensure a smooth flow of information to club management, customer service and TUI service on site 
• You conduct complaint discussions and monitor the rectification of defects
• You carry out monthly reporting
• You always have an open ear for the guests' wishes
• You work closely with other departments and support the overall team

ABOUT YOU

•  Training in the service industry
•  At least 2 years of experience in tourism field service
•  German and good conversational English
