ABOUT THE JOB

• Your job includes the organisation and supervision of small groups through to unforgettable exclusive rentals. 
• You develop new and unusual framework and group programmes. 
• You are also an active salesperson in the group and event sector. 
• You will also be responsible for preparing quotations, reservations and invoicing after the event. 
• With the help of your organisational skills, you will ensure that your guests have everything they need before and during their stay and that they are already looking forward to their next stay at the ROBINSON Club.

ABOUT YOU

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the tourism and/or hotel sector, ideally in the event sector
• You have a pronounced quality and service orientation
• You have a talent for organisation and a high degree of flexibility
