As a Financial Controller (f/m/d), you and your administrative team will use your professional and economic management to ensure that the figures are all in the right place at the end of the day. Whether salaries, sales or invoices - in your job you always keep an overview and are responsible for compliance with economic and legal requirements.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You are responsible for the proper accounting of the company and the preparation of the cash flow and financial plan
• You are in constant contact with your club management, the regional management and our head office in Hanover
• You take care of the smooth flow of information between the other department heads
• You carry out the scheduling and assessment of administrative staff and are responsible for crew training
• You are responsible for the calculation and posting of wages and salaries as well as the timely payment of tax and social security contributions
• You check the turnover, personnel expenses, holiday slips and logbooks
• You take care of the proper care and maintenance of the material and equipment in the entire administrative area

ABOUT YOU

• Apprenticeship as a hotel manager or study to become a hotel manager
• Sound knowledge of the commercial administration of a hotel
• Management experience
• Good language skills in German and English
