As a fitness manager - or as we call it at ROBINSON: WellFit-Active department manager - you are a real sporting ace. Your team of group fitness trainers and personal trainers will work with you to get our guests moving.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You are responsible for the entire fitness programme of your club and ensure the quality of our fitness programme through your professional management
• In close contact with the club management and the specialist department at our company headquarters, you will manage the fitness programme in your club and continuously develop it further
• You are responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment entrusted to you
• You are also active as a guest yourself and run courses and can demonstrate your broad expertise in courses such as HOT IRON, indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates or deepWork
• You are always the first point of contact for your team and lead by example
• You take care of the professional development of your employees and sometimes train them yourself
• In addition to working in the gym, you are a warm host and also support other departments in the club

ABOUT YOU

• You have a GroupFitness B licence or comparable training
• You have other licences in other group fitness formats, such as HOT IRON, indoor cycling and yoga or Pilates
• You have several years of teaching experience and experience on the training floor
• Ideally you have initial experience in leading teams
