ABOUT THE JOB

  • You ensure optimal quota utilisation

  • You process reservations and enquiries 

  • You support the organisation of events and functions 

  • You manage a smooth process at reception and in the back office 

  • You work closely with other departments and support them


ABOUT YOU

  • You have completed training as a hotel specialist

  • You have experience at the reception desk in the upscale hotel industry

  • You have initial management experience

  • You have knowledge of a hotel reservation system

  • You enjoy dealing with guests
