ABOUT THE JOB

• You not only fulfil the role of host, but also take care of the entire information, reservation and billing process 
• You work closely with the operators of the golf courses and the ROBINSON Club
• You strive for the best possible operating result and the greatest possible satisfaction of our guests
• You are service-orientated and inspire enthusiasm for golf in our guests
• You are responsible for all processes and the golf reservation system and ensure smooth day-to-day business
• You create the budget and monitor compliance with it
• Reservations and invoicing with our partners fall within your area of responsibility

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally several years of experience as a front office employee in a hotel or golf office
• Commercial training or a corresponding degree programme
• Knowledge of the booking and reservation system in a hotel and golf office
• Ability to work in a team and motivate people
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Enthusiasm for the sport of golf
