ROBINSON HR Administrator (m/f/d)

Every club is only as good as its employees. As HR Administrator (m/f/d), you will manage the club's HR department and be the contact person for the ROBINS.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Together with your employees, you will take care of recruitment, payroll accounting and trainees at the club and coordinate their assignments, among other things
• You hold the strings together in the background and provide guests with a wonderful stay by optimising staff deployment
• You take care of the preparation of payroll accounting
• You are familiar with labour law and draw up employment and training contracts
• You will also be responsible for pre-selecting applicants and supporting employees and trainees 
• You will not only work behind the scenes, but will also be very close to the guests
• You pay attention to the needs of the guests and maintain good contact
• As a host and team player, you also support other departments, e.g. in welcoming and saying goodbye to our guests and many other activities 

ABOUT YOU

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in human resources and/or training, ideally in the tourism, service or hotel industry
• Experience in personnel marketing
• Very good knowledge of labour law
• confident handling of MS Office
• Open, self-confident and communicative demeanour
