Culinary delights at themed buffets, in the speciality restaurant or during live cooking: in your job as a head chef, you not only work behind the scenes with passion to spoil our guests - you often demonstrate your cooking skills directly in front of the guests and receive feedback! ABOUT THE JOB

• You are responsible for the quality of the food on our menus, buffets, the ROBINSON Bistroline and for special events such as a dinner on the beach or a picnic in the middle of the mountains
• You ensure cleanliness, compliance with hygiene regulations and are responsible for the optimal use, cleaning and maintenance of all equipment in the kitchen and in stewarding
• You are responsible for the entire kitchen area, ensure compliance with the high ROBINSON quality requirements, always keep an eye on your budget and calculate offers and the use of goods
• You are always a role model and contact person for your employees and colleagues
• As a host and team player, you also help out other teams and prepare a variety of activities

ABOUT YOU

• Completed training as a chef
• Training to become a chef (IHK)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Ideally professional experience in upscale catering
• Team-orientated, independent and responsible way of working
• Above-average commitment and resilience
• Ideally knowledge of the respective national language
• High level of expertise combined with social skills and enjoyment in dealing with international guests and colleagues
