ABOUT THE JOB

• You are an expert for the IT landscape in our clubs
• You take care of the company's own operating systems and servers
• You are the first point of contact and IT star of our ROBINS.
• You take care of distributed cluster servers, single servers, interface PCs, Windows clients and cash registers for internal payment transactions
• In addition, you install and configure client operating systems and server operating systems and are responsible for all applications
• You will also be responsible for setting up and supporting various printer models
• You see yourself as a host and team player and also support colleagues in welcoming and saying goodbye to our guests as well as many other activities in the club

ABOUT YOU

• IT training, ideally certifications (MCSA/MCSE)
• Knowledge of IT support (mainly 1st level)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows domain structure (server and client)
• Good knowledge of MS 365
• Network knowledge TCP/IP, VPN and good hardware knowledge
• Experience with mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) and WiFi infrastructures
• Good written and spoken English language skills
