Hello and have a great day! In your job as an information employee, you will give our guests a "warm welcome" and lay the foundation for immersing them in the ROBINSON atmosphere.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You take reservations for our speciality restaurants 

• You take reservations for excursions and packed lunches

• You are responsible for the hire and management of games, sports equipment and beach towels

• You are the first point of contact for questions, requests and suggestions from our guests 

• You support the entire team in various activities

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally you have an education in the service sector

• You are quality and service orientated

• You have above-average commitment and resilience

• You enjoy dealing with guests
