YOUR JOB AS AN INTERN (m/f/d) SPA RECEPTION AT ROBINSON

Welcome to the club! As a hotel intern in the spa, you will be one of the first impressions new guests have of our spa. During your internship, you will get to know the exciting day-to-day work at a hotel spa reception and support your colleagues to the best of your ability, for example by booking appointments or answering any questions our guests may have about the spa area.

You are certain: the hotel industry is your world! If you would like to get a real taste of the hotel industry, for example before starting your training or during your tourism studies, then an internship at our spa reception is just right for you! Here, you will be the direct point of contact for all our guests' spa-related requests.

Italy, Spain, Turkey or Austria? With an internship at one of our hotels, you can discover the world and live and work where others go on holiday. As a true ROBIN and member of our close-knit community, you will not only work at the front office, but also lend a hand in other departments: whether at the welcome reception on gala evenings, at the live cooking station in the restaurant or at the show on the theatre stage – you will help your colleagues and receive support at the reception desk, e.g. during busy arrival and departure times.
