ABOUT THE JOB

• You receive and look after our German and international guests during the night hours

• You monitor and check the daily accounts

• You carry out check-in and check-out processes 

• You process reservations and enquiries 

• You ensure smooth operations at the reception desk 

• You work closely with other departments 

ABOUT YOU

• You have training as a hotel specialist and experience at the reception desk of a hotel

• You are quality and service orientated

• You have above-average commitment and resilience

• You have knowledge of a hotel reservation system

• You enjoy dealing with guests
