ABOUT THE JOB
- You give your all to give the guests in the restaurant a great taste experience and entertain them at the same time, because you have the chance to cook live in front of them
- You ensure that the special ROBINSON flavour is maintained in the club
- You are responsible for the quality of our buffets, the ROBINSON Bistroline and for special events such as a poolside dinner
- You coordinate the international kitchen team and observe hygiene standards
- You are responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and stewarding equipment is optimally utilised and maintained
- You see yourself as a host and try to support other teams with your work
ABOUT YOU
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Ideally master craftsman (IHK)
- Several years of professional experience
- At least one year of experience abroad in a comparable position - ideally also in the hospitality industry
- Pronounced quality and service orientation
- Above-average commitment and resilience
- Good knowledge of German and English
- High level of expertise combined with social skills and enjoyment in dealing with international guests and colleagues
