ABOUT THE JOB

• You are responsible for the economic management of the spa
• You plan and manage the offers and programmes in the spa
• You manage the spa staff and do the scheduling
• You ensure quality standards
• You organise and conduct training courses
• You carry out treatments as well as product counselling and sales (depending on qualifications)
• You ensure integration into the overall team through cooperation and collaboration with other departments
• You also communicate with the guest outside the spa

ABOUT YOU

• You have professional experience in the desired position
• You have knowledge of business administration, ideally in the spa sector or a corresponding advanced training/study programme
• You are creative and solution-orientated
• You have good manners and a well-groomed appearance  
• Fluency in German and English, ideally knowledge of the local language
• You also enjoy dealing with guests outside your area of expertise
