ABOUT YOU

• Training in retail, ideally in the fashion or textile industry
• First management experience
• A high level of consulting expertise and a passion for sales
• Organisational strength and creativity
• Warmth and empathy

ABOUT THE JOB

• You are responsible for the smooth running of your shop
• You are responsible for advising our guests and sales and for your team in the boutique
• You help to ensure that guests feel well looked after and perfectly advised
• You are responsible for sales and administration in the ROBINStore
• Planning staff deployment and organising events such as raffles and fashion shows are part of your job 
• You are always available as a competent point of contact for your employees and share your expertise with them
