ABOUT YOU

• pedagogical training or experience in working with young people, e.g. as a trainer in a sports club or as a leader of holiday camps
• Enjoy working with young people and the ability to inspire others with your ideas
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility and professionalism
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to create unforgettable holiday moments as a host and team player

ABOUT THE JOB

• Planning, organisation and implementation of the youth programmes during the day and the youth show in the evening
• Implementation of focal points alternating every 14 days
• Collaboration with your colleagues as a team player 
• Paying attention to the needs of guests and maintaining contact with parents 
• Focus on the safety of young people and compliance with the rules
