We're looking for an experienced leader to strategically guide our HR Systems team and drive the digital HR transformation at TUI Musement.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll define and own the strategic roadmap for HR Systems at TUI Musement, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and improvements to support our business objectives.
- Leading and developing a team of 3, you'll set clear priorities, allocate resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, standards, and policies for HR Systems is part of your remit, ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity across the globe.
- As a key member of the TUI People Leadership Team, you'll represent HR Systems in senior leadership forums and ensure the HR Systems strategy aligns with broader HR and business goals.
- Overseeing the delivery of major HR Systems projects and process improvement initiatives through effective project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement is your responsibility.
- You'll drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR Systems and processes, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and business value.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience in HR Systems management with a strong track record of leading HR Systems strategies and their implementation.
- With demonstrated leadership experience, you've already led and developed high-performance teams.
- Your extensive experience in leading global HR Systems implementations, rollouts, and transformations sets you apart.
- You have proven experience in strategic planning, including developing and executing multi-year roadmaps.
- Your exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills enable you to present and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform and modules, along with solid understanding of SAP HCM and system integration principles, complete your profile.
