ABOUT THE JOB
• You'll take ownership of sustainability projects focused on e-mobility and charging infrastructure, ensuring all milestones and outcomes are successfully achieved.
• We'll rely on you to transform programme roadmaps into detailed project plans with clear timelines and deliverables that drive our sustainability agenda forward.
• You'll ensure all actions and interventions comply with applicable sustainability standards and regulations, keeping TUI at the forefront of responsible business practices.
• Managing project-level risks, issues, and dependencies will be part of your daily work, with appropriate escalation when impacts arise.
• You'll coordinate activities among various stakeholders involved in sustainability projects, building strong relationships across the organization.

ABOUT YOU
• You have proven experience delivering cross-functional projects, ideally in sustainability, operations, supply chain, or transformation environments. A project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be advantageous. In addition you bring a degree in business, sustainability or a related field.
• You bring a good understanding of sustainability topics and in particular profound subject-matter expertise and experience in e-mobility and charging infrastructure.
• Your planning and execution skills are excellent, with the ability to manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies effectively.
• You possess excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills across functions and project teams.
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative with a structured, methodical approach and willingness to innovate and drive change.
• Your written and spoken English skills are very good, including the preparation and presentation of decision papers.
