*Our summer season runs between March and Novemer 2025, depending on the destination. You should be available for at least five months within that period. There will also be a face-to-face training around March/April that you need to attend.*

 

This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destinations during Summer 2025. If you speak English and ideally another European language, keep reading!

ABOUT YOU

  • You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
  • For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory. (i.e. studies like bachelor or apprenticeship in pedagogy or similar fields with focus on children and young adults)
  • You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You are fully conversational in English and ideally another language such as German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Polish.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
  • Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements
